Situation:
This client is a large Real Estate Investment Trust. They use compliance documents
and sourced branded items from inventory to increase participation in the REIT,
which results in greater revenues. A faster, more user-friendly solution had to
be developed in this competitive market.
Challenge:
The client had no frame of reference for this program. New technology would need
to be presented, sold within and then without.
Solution:
- Our Houston based Production/Fulfillment Center and the Argosy Team embarked on a detailed discovery process. With the willingness of NG/PP corporate to modify Argosy's custom code to create a custom interface for integration with Salesforce.com, the client's Customer Relationship Management software and on-line ordering tool, Argosy would facilitate the needed changes in the client's service model.
- The Argosy Team requested and was supplied vital order data from which a Scope of Work could be written.
- With the agreed upon SOW in hand, a pricing proposal, detailed transition plan and implementation schedule was presented.
- After extensive beta-testing, the installation was completed and operating within the 90 day window dictated by the customer.
- Based on the on-going business, informal reviews the company conducts and a recent renewal of the two-year contract, the program is very successful.
