Situation:
This client has 7,500 field offices. The corporate office wanted quality and graphical control over its end-user calendar project. Each calendar can be personalized for the end-user. Also, it would be beneficial if other marketing materials could be customizable.

Challenge:
The client needed a more efficient method for facilitating the order, imprinting and delivery of its trademark calendar project. The project was being handled by a stand-alone vendor using a third party solution. Calendar orders were inaccurate, delivered late and had no associated tracking or reporting.


Solution:

  • Our Houston based Production/Fulfillment Center and the Argosy Team developed a custom interface, one that was branded, looked and felt like the client’s order interface.
  • End-users could order, personalize, proof and approve for imprinting the calendars used for promoting their business using Argosy.
  • Increased order volume confirmed customer satisfaction for ease of ordering, on-line proofing and tracking.
  • The client now manages its calendar project based on demand as stated by the reporting features found in Argosy.
  • Since this initial roll-out, the Argosy Team has added a postcard project that permits on-line design, photo selection, custom messages, printing and mailing using the company's digital resources.
